All products sold through Hannah Langford Studio are personalized and print-to-order. Due to the nature of these products, returns are not possible.
Because each item is custom-printed for you, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for reasons like changed minds or screen vs. print color variations. Please review your selections and read item descriptions carefully before ordering. For items that review proof approval, please review them carefully.
We stand by our quality! If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll happily provide a replacement.
To initiate a replacement for a quality issue:
Contact us via email at hannahlangfordstudio@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving the item. Send us your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos depicting the defect / damage. We'll be in contact quickly to offer a replacement.
