FAQs & Contact

Shipping:

Orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers in the USA.  A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Multi-part orders may ship in separate packages (certain products are filled at different locations).

Returns:

As a small business, I pride myself in providing high-quality products! Due to the nature of these customized, print-on-demand products, refunds or exchanges are not possible. Carefully review your proofs for accuracy; once a proof is approved, it will be printed as-is. I cannot assume liability for proofing mistakes.  If your product arrived damaged or defective through fault of me or my production partners, please reach out via our contact page so we can make it right! In this case, please save the damaged / defective product, as we may need photos to resolve it.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Do you do fully custom projects or collaborations?

A: Yes! Reach out via my inquiry form so we can chat more!

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: FOR INVITATIONS, STATIONERY,  NOTEPADS, AND GIFT TAGS: Please allow for 3 business days to receive a print proof via email. Your order will be on hold until the proof is signed. Once approved, orders typically take about a week or less to arrive to your door.

FOR GIFT WRAP: These orders typically arrive within 8 business days.

FOR CUPS & NAPKINS: Please allow for 3 business days to receive a print proof via email. Your order will be on hold until the proof is signed. Once approved, orders typically ship within 10 business days. The production for these products is more time consuming, so a good rule of thumb would be to order about a month before your event.

Q: Do you rush order products?

A: Some products can be rushed for an additional fee. Reach out via my contact page with the products you need and when you need them by and I'll let you know what is possible.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Not at the moment! We currently only sell to the contiguous US.

Q: Do you still paint champagne bottles?

A: Not anymore! Painting champagne bottles was a really fun endeavor, but that chapter is over for now.
