Shipping:

Orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers in Alabama, North Carolina, and California via either UPS or USPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you separately once your order ships.

Returns:

All items are custom printed and may not be returned or exchanged. If your product arrived damaged or defective, please reach out via our contact page so we can make it right!

Q: Do you do fully custom projects or collaborations?

A: Yes! Reach out via our contact page and we can talk more!

Q: How long will it take to get my invitation order?

A: Please allow for 4 business days to receive a print proof via email. Once approved, orders typically take about a week or less to arrive to your door.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Not at the moment! We currently only sell to the contiguous US.

Q: Do you still paint champagne bottles?

A: Not anymore! Painting champagne bottles was a really fun endeavor, but that chapter is over for now.
