About
I'd love to introduce myself! I'm a multidisciplinary designer based in Dallas, Texas. Creating a stationery line is something I've been inching towards over the last ten years and I'm excited to finally share the culmination of my work. I've loved working on this project and I'm thrilled with how that sense of fun shows through to these designs.
I studied Fibers (surface + textile design) at the Savannah College of Art and Design, with a focus in fine art. My work background is in woven textiles, so I'm daily immersed in pattern, color, and texture. Hand-painting is the foundation for my work and I draw inspiration from vintage ephemera, midcentury illustration, film, and art history. If I had to describe my work, I would say I camp out at the intersection of nostalgic, quirky, and maximalist.
I believe there is magic in the mundane if you are intentional about looking for it and you don't need a special occasion to make something spectacular. Whether it's invitations, gift wrap, or something in-between, I hope my work can play a small part in sparking a little delight in everyday life.
